Who is it for?
		For food handlers in the catering and hospitality industries who need grounding in the basic principles of food hygiene and who wish to opt to take the examination through the medium of Welsh

how workers should behave responsibly within food safety procedures
an outline of personal hygiene procedures
keeping the working area clean and hygienic
receiving and storing food safely
the safe preparation, cooking, holding and serving of food

9 guided learning hours (suitable for one-day intensive or part time courses)
30 multiple choice questions to be completed in 40 minutes
