Replacement Certificates Download replacement certificate application form as a pdf file. Certificates and diplomas for The Societys qualifications are valuable documents and should be stored in a safe place. The Society cannot issue replacements without first seeing evidence proving that the person seeking the certificate has successfully completed the appropriate assessment. If The Society has to spend time seeking out this evidence the costs of that time will be passed on to the applicant. However, in some circumstances the replacement may be provided free of charge or at a small cost. Replacement certificates and diplomas will be issued FREE providing:
Replacement certificates provided under this arrangement will be free of charge irrespective of the reason why a replacement is required.
The application is made to The Society on the appropriate form three months or more after the issue of the original certificate and one of the following is provided with the application:
Candidates wishing to make use of this facility will probably need to enlist the assistance of their tutor in order to provide the necessary supporting documentation. A fee of £70 will be charged if: The above documentation is not provided or is incomplete. The applicant must provide as much information as possible on the appropriate form. In these circumstances The Society cannot guarantee to be able to provide a replacement. If the information provided is insufficient to enable The Society to authenticate the claim and issue a replacement half the fee will be retained by The Society. The Society will monitor the issuing of free replacement certificates and retains the right to limit or withdraw the service or to alter the arrangement without notice if, in its judgement, it is adversely affecting the interests of The Society. In all cases replacement certificates will be marked as such. The Society will retain original certificates for disposal when these are provided by the applicant. |
