Please note: Levels 3 & 4 Awards in Food Safety examinations will take place on the same days as Intermediate & Advanced Food Safety

FOUNDATION LEVEL QUALIFICATIONS
Certificate in Food Hygiene Awareness Fundamentals of Food Hygiene Fundamentals of Food Hygiene for the Food Industry Fundamentals of HACCP Fundamentals of Health & Safety Fundamentals of Nutrition Foundation Certificate in Health Promotion Foundation Certificate in Oral Health Promotion	As required
Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering Supercedes the Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene: Option A Level 2 Award in Food Safety for Manufacturing Supercedes the Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene: Option B Level 2 Award in Food Safety for Retail Foundation Certificate in HACCP (this qualification replaces the Certificate in Essential HACCP Practice) Foundation Certificate in Nutrition Foundation Certificate in Health & Safety in the Workplace	Examinations can be taken at any time by approved centres or tutors, but examination papers MUST BE ORDERED IN ADVANCE, giving at least FIVE working days notice.
