Centres approved to offer the Fundamentals Series of Awards will receive examination papers and all necessary information from RSPH Qualifications via Email or computer disc as soon as the centre approval process is completed. Examination papers for Fundamentals Awards will be provided as PDF files to preserve the papers' format. Centres must be capable of opening and running files in PDF format.
Centres may use examination papers as required. There will be no need to request papers or register candidates in advance.
Centres mark their own candidates' scripts and issue provisional results to candidates immediately.
Centres send the answer papers to RSPH Qualifications so that marks awarded can be verified by RSPH before the award of certificates
New sets of examination papers will be issued periodically and centres will be required to ensure that they use the current version.

To further speed up the process centres should agree credit facilities with the RSPH Finance Department. Centres who do not have a credit agreement must provide payment at the time they submit answer papers. For more details on establishing an account contact our Finance Department.
