The Council of The Society
Under the Articles of Association, The
Council of The Society, elected from the Membership,
is the governing body of the organisation. Council members work to a job
description which is reviewed periodically.
Code of Conduct and Disciplinary Code
The Council of The Society has approved a Code
of Conduct which applies to all Members of The Society at all grades.
The Council of The Society has also approved a Disciplinary
Code. This sets out the procedures within which a complaint against
a Member of The Society will be heard.
Annual Review
The Society publishes an Annual Review of its charitable and business
activities in the summer of each year. Annual
Reviews from 2000 onwards are available online here.
