Terms of Business
CREDIT POLICY
Our terms are settlement of invoices in 30 days.
The Society reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts
in accordance with The Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act
1998. Contact our Finance

NEW CUSTOMERS
Payment with order pending approval of credit application. To download

PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS FOR SMALL ORDERS
Payment must accompany Bookshop orders
with a value of less than £30. For these orders your payment options
are:
POST - cheque or credit card details with order
FAX / PHONE - credit card details with order
All orders for examinations,
books, tutor packs and videos to
a value of £30 or more (including p&p) will be unaffected -
you can pay by cheque or credit card, or ask to be invoiced if you hold
an account with us.
CREDIT CARD ORDERS BY PHONE
You can now order books, tutor packs and videos from the Bookshop over
the telephone if you wish to pay by credit card. (At the moment only written
orders are accepted). Telephone orders will only be accepted where payment
is made by credit card - all other orders will still be required by letter,
fax or email. Current arrangements

FREE TUTORS PACKS, DEPOSITS AND REFUNDS FOR TUTOR
PACKS
- Since 1 January 2004 Society Members have no longer been entitled
to one free tutor pack.
- As of 1 January 2004 the previous deposit and refund systems ceased
to apply. All sales of bookshop materials are normal sales transactions.
- Tutors who wish to claim refunds in respect of tutor packs purchased
before 31 September 2003 may do so before 31 December 2004. This deposit
can be reclaimed by the tutor once they have registered and paid for
50 students to take one of The Society's qualifications.
